Fabian, welcome to the forums! What a beautiful project!
Thank you, tormod! :)
Do you have the original board, or are you basing it on the photos in the wiki?
It's based on the photos in the wiki.
You could use the black and white layouts to make a PCB, but the traces look ugly ;) So i started a new layout with 45° and 90°-like traces.
What do you use for layouting?
For layouting i use Sprint Layout by Abacom, a German software.

At the moment i check every single pad, if it's connected correctly (yes, 1187 pads. :? )

i will upload a new version next week, at the moment i'm with my girlfriend ;)

I've created the fist BOM!!

for the 4 most important suppliers: Reichelt, Farnell, Mouser and TME.eu.

Have a look and correct me if there are any mistakes.

BTW, i have a nother question: Could you substitute the 2764 with the new 28C64 from Atmel?

Nice!

Theoretically, yes, you could use a 28C64 in place of a 2764.

Cheers,
Rob

Hi Fabian,
I have been looking for parts to be used for the ICs that in your worksheet are marked as 'not available'
These are the products and prices from UT-Source for them:

Code: Select all

IC1	SAM 6883 use the one inside the Dragon 64
IC2	ROM/BASIC use the one inside the Dragon 64
IC3	4864/4164 150 nS	UT-Source: MN4164P-15A at $1.33 (NMOS 65,536 X 1 BIT DYNAMIC RAM)
IC4	4864/4164 150 nS alt UT-Source: KM4164B-15 at $2.00 (64K X 1 BIT DYNAMIC RAM WITH PAGE MODE)
IC5	4864/4164 150 nS alt UT-Source: HM4864P-2 at $3,33 (x1 Page Mode DRAM)
IC6	4864/4164 150 nS alt UT-Source: MK4864N-120 at $5.33
IC7	4864/4164 150 nS
IC8	4864/4164 150 nS
IC9	4864/4164 150 nS
IC10	4864/4164 150 nS
IC12	N82S147N UT-Source: N82S147 at $7.50 (4K-BIT TTL BIPOLAR PROM)
IC19	HM6116LP-3 UT-Source at $3.33
IC24	6845 UT-Source: MC6845P at $6.00 (or HD6845SP at $6.67)
Just in case you end up with a functional board, I think we should be able to find all of the needed components

cheers

Hello Fabian,
do you need someone's help to verify anything?
I would like to hear more about that thread, so if I could help pushing it a bit, I would do with pleasure.
Just let me know.

Hello Fabian,
according to Compusense documentation it could be used in a D32 or a D64.
So I could use a D32 to test it, no problem.
In fact I would like to have one .... the one I had back in the eigthies was lost
when moving to Barcelona. It went to relatives and then who knows!

cheers
