Is the source code available for FixCas? It looks like I may need to re-implement it in my app.

I think it would be far too easy.

You need 128 0x55 lead bytes at the beginning of each name block and after it (that is, in front of the 1st data block). As far as I remember, the following blocks can only have a 0x55 byte between them.
