Does Anyone Have... Fembot's Revenge?

Not sure how many Dragon officiandoes read Retro Gamer but there's a fascinating retrospective on the CoCo this issue and amongst the games pictures is Fembot's Revenge, which got me thinking about whether there is a Dragon conversion of it. There is! But the version here doesn't seem to work, unless it has special loading instructions that I don't know about.
Does anyone have a working version of the Dragon version of this game?
