Sorry for being lazy folks - Although I have spent the last few hours trying to use the 2 .cas files with the Dragon MMC..Is there a version of Wintersoft's classic (and indeed my favourite memories of the Dragon 32 before I got an Amstrad 6128) that's easy to use with SD card solutions..
Regards
Matt
Sorry if old - Return of The Ring VDK?
Re: Sorry if old - Return of The Ring VDK?
probably a bit late...
but i only saw this message today.
NOT a VDK but a split cas file.
this makes it easier/possible to load in emulators and MMC.
load files in number order.
insert and boot tape 1.
when loading pic appears, insert tape 2.
setup your character.
at message "insert ring cassette on gameside and rewind it, then press any key"
important!-
press any key BEFORE attaching tape 3.

Re: Sorry if old - Return of The Ring VDK?
This is by far the most important part, being too eager to attach a tape image will cause problems. So always wait until the program tells you to press play before attaching tape 3 (Planet Surface), 4 (Forest Moon), or 5 (Final Part).
