Hi

I noticed on the Wiki frontpage that game covers are displayed in the upper-right corner. Are the scans available to view full size? I've looked and looked but cannot find a link.

No, they are just for show i think.

Those scans are very old and thats about as big as they get...

Higher resolution scans are popping up for individual games in the Games section on the wiki all the time. If you're lucky, you can find what you are looking for there. Or if you're looking for a particular game that isn't yet documented, do a short write-up yourself and ask the community for additional contributions. I've been adding a number of cover art scans lately, and I always make a point of doing this at sufficient resolution so that the images can be reused for other purposes than just wiki page illustrations.

I usually do all my scans with 300dpi resolution. There is always time to reduce them...
