Re: Orchestra-90 CC

Hi Tony, great work! I have downloaded it ... will have to search for Perl in order to install it in my Windows 7. Next step for the real Cartridge would be some sort of program to convert the other files in that web, the .ORC ones so that we could load them via tape recorder cable too. thanks a lot...

Tano and artifacts

Hello,
does anybody know an easy way to avoid the artifacts when working in PMODE2-4 with that machine?
I won't matter to hack the board and add a switch.

Any advice will be very appreciate

cheers

Re: New DOS Carts developed

hello,
In the maltedmedia CoCo group, there is a member with the name of John Strong that builds cases for the CoCo-SDC
Hopefully he could make this for us, but he will need the exact board measures (or better a real board) and there should be
a minimum number of orders, I think ...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC

@Tony I have been comparing the original .ASC file with your converted .CAS and was thinking of making a Java app to do that work on all the files in a folder ... (on my Windows machine) But to verify that the result is OK, I would like to compare not only one file (axelf) but some others too. Would...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC

Awesome that it works! Unlike my speech-sound pak, it's not just a peripheral cartridge, it comes (as Sorchard says) with a program for building and playing its own format of score files. The keyboard mapping is a pain - I'm hoping I can work out how to patch the ROM so it works on the Dragon (alth...

Re: What is P/N 48200 for?

honestly I am not able to distinguish between the Dragon 32 without this daugther board and the one that has it. And if there were differences I could not tell if the main reason was this board. I think it is said that this board was added to the old motherboards to correct something. The new ones h...

Hi Rob,

Re: all my Dragon accessories on tormod.me

very nice indeed, congrats Tormod I can't wait to put my hands on the +32K cartridge. Having the MPI on my Dragon64, this add-on would allow access to 96k RAM and 32k ROM, paging of course, but all in all, accessing some 128k! And it could be used on my unexpanded Dragon32 to access 64k Ram and use ...

Re: ASCII to CAS in Perl?

Tony, I think that you don't need to do anything. If you just want to load an ASCII file that contains a BASIC Dragon program, just use DW4 and my dweeb LDA That way I loaded a big basic program with the name ELIZA.BAS without problems into my Dragon64. You can find the dweeb here (in versions: norm...

Re: File2VDK anyone?

Hi,
file2dsk is a program to create CoCo discs 35 tracks instead of 40.
I think it would be better to use Rolf Michelsen's program DragonTools
You will just need a clean disc to begin with.
