Re: A DOSPlus Extender for Drivewire & CoCo-SDC
Hello, it seems that I am the only one Dragon user that has an environment containing the Tandy MultiPack with both floppies and the CoCo-SDC. I have been using it a lot of time, but always starting in MAP1 to be able to access the card and the floppies without problems. But lately I have been worki...

Re: The spinx512 board for FUZIX
I like the way this goes. The more people is interested, the more chances we have that someone develops programs or drivers to use the full 512k in other operating systems besides FUZIX, say NitrOS-9, OS-9 or simply DDOS with BASIC why not? A Basic-512k as CoCo3 has would be really nice ... Let's wa...

Re: Searching for more Colours
Hi Sixxie, that's right. We wrote that when you are using two colours to create a surface, you could end up with one of two different 'new' colours depending upon which colour comes in the even lines. PAL corrects phase errors every two lines, so order is crucial. In the 'demo' programs we made both...

Re: Searching for more Colours
Hi,
to help users read and see the images a bit better than the small copies uploaded here,
here is a document in formats .DOC (in three rar files) and .PDF in zip format
The quality of images are much better in the doc at the price of ten times the file size.
cheers

E X A M P L E S OF U S E ------------------------------------ Here are two images, a ‘pony’ and a ‘testcard’, that will allow the user to modify the colour settings on the TV set so that the 10 colours are clearly visible. Re: Searching for more Colours
S•Y•N•C•H•R•O•N•I•C•I•T•Y When we want a change of palette (CSS) at a certain byte on one line, we must count CPU cycles so that the opcode that modifies the palette hits on the exact cycle that corresponds to the desired screen byte. We need to know some figures before we put our hands on the calcu...

Re: Searching for more Colours
Now, despite the fact we can see the 24 solid colours we are able to obtain, we want to get rid of the combinations that don’t blend into a new colour, so that we only have the good ones. Here are the XRoar screenshot and a photo of the real D64, a very poor photo due to the moiré effect added by th...
