Re: Orchestra-90 CC

It is incredibly fast, but as there are a lot of folders, I had to call your script once for each. I am planning to copy all of the ASC files into just one folder and then convert them one shot with a modified bat file that will not add any folder name. I think that you don't need to change anything...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC

Hello Tony, I have used your new asc2cas v1.1 and processed all the .ASC files in that web They are in the attachment, in the same folder names as the original. I have not yet tested them. There are 2488 files, so quite a lot to test if we want to find any that could have given problems in the conve...

Re: Tano and artifacts

Hi Stew, that explains why the adjustable capacitor near the XL2, when moved too far away from its position, turns the Tano off and when putting it to its old position you need to reset the machine unplugging and plugging again the mains supply. I think that in the FB group Zippster asked for a Tano...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC

Hi Tony, I have got the same problem ... most common problem for all of us. Tempus fugit! I was thinking that having a D64 then switching to MAP1 and copying at $C000 the ROM from the Orchestra90cc it could work by calling it from inside an IRQ routine to have the very same start that it has on the ...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC

Hi Tony, thanks a lot for the new version. I will try it this afternoon and tell you how it goes for me! Good luck hunting the Orchestra cartridge. Right now the price seems affordable. Re: Tano and artifacts

Hi,
I have tried connecting a 100nF capacitor in parallel to XL2 crystal, but that simply kills the video output signal!
I thought that this could have just prevented the color burst to be created :-(
It's a pity there is no info about the video circuit for the TANO ...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC

@Tony I have installed Strawberry Pearl for Windows 64 bits. Immediately have run: perl asc2cas.pl axelf2.asc >axelf2.cas --- because if not redirected, the output goes to the screen. The result is a file 2599 bytes long but the one you uploaded was 2749 bytes long The main difference is that the ta...
