Re: Hardware Inverse Video Mod
Just reviving a super old post! Has anyone here ever done this? I'm looking for a way to get green on black, especially under OS-9's 51 column mode.

Re: Wessex Wyvern expansion box?
And I've found another expansion box - this time it's 6 (yes, SIX) expansion sockets on Andtek's ANDBUS. Another expansion I'd never heard of until I saw it in the brochure for 1985's 6809 Colour Show.

Re: Wessex Wyvern expansion box?
I've found a reference to the Wessex expansion box in, of all places, the last issue of Dragon Update (The NDUG magazine), where Clive Scott is complaining that it doesn't work very well! So at least we know it existed ... https://archive.worldofdragon.org/browse/downloads/Magazines/Dragon%20Update/...

Re: MXT I/O Controller
Just spotted that Roy Coates (Roy, are you still on this forum?) reviewed the cartridge in the April 1986 issue of Dragon User - https://archive.org/details/dragon-user-magazine-36/page/n11/mode/2up - Roy gives some examples of how it could be used. I love the fact you could just plug mains cables i...

Wessex Wyvern expansion box?
I stumbled across this while doing tweet research - a mention of a Wyvern expansion module for the Dragon, made by Wessex Microcomputers with help from Compusense, back in November 1983. Now, a few years later, Compusense are indeed offering an expansion box - but I've pretty sure that's the big bla...

Re: French Dragons and the PN41503 motherboard
Hi Stew! It's been a while, you keeping well? I've tweaked the wiki here - https://worldofdragon.org/index.php?title=Motherboard_Pictures - to reflect this. Initially it gave the impression that the SECAM board was simply another variant - and this definitely isn't the case! Anyone want to improve t...

French Dragons and the PN41503 motherboard
Evening all! I've been tweeting about French Dragons (check out my daily Dragon tweets at @herebedragons3), and becoming increasingly intrigued. There seems to be two main types - the one with the daughterboard and second DIN output, and the one with a bunch of new circuitry on the PSU board, which ...

Re: Prológica CP-400 Color & LZ Color64
A wee bit late to this (I really must check this forum more often!), but I think the CP400's are indeed PAL-M. My struggles to get a useable output from my pair drove me to do a bit of research, and I found this: http://www.retrowiki.es/viewtopic.php?t=200033264 I did the mods myself, and now the CP...
