Re: Attic Bug - ebay - Dragon
I have bought from Attic bug before, and they were very reasonably priced. These latest prices are just insane, especially when we are taking £100 for effectively a large clam case and commonly available game. I think the Dragon market shot up a couple of years ago. I suspect that a handful of indiv...

Re: Nostalgia Nerd's Dragon video
I thought that was lovely, really nicely illustrating the story. Very decent selection of games at the end too. I actually now live in Swansea, about under half a mile away from FForestfach, birthplace of the great machine. I often point this out to my wife every other time we drive past. She is con...

A Airball B Buzzard Bait (hon mention Ball dozer and Boulder Crash, found Blockhead late too) C Cashman (sorry, Chuckie Egg) D Downland/(The) Dark Pit/Dark Star - too hard to separate these- I found Draconian and Doodle Bug much, much later E Eight ball (I recently started playing El Bandito, which ...

Re: another artifact question
Update on this. I managed to get the above to show artifacting in the end- its all a matter of the reset button. After mucking about for a while with different leads and tvs I went back to hitting the reset button, but did it multiple times. Some of them required the reset button more than ten times...

Re: another artifact question
Yes, its a Dragon Tano as discussed in my post a couple of months back. I use the monitor port and have tried several allegedly NTSC compatible TVs- there is the full green/purple (pink) artifacting on all of them with most games. The odd thing is I can't see it for Astroblast, Meteoroids, Berserk o...

Re: Tano Dragons
I thought that was in South America only? According to the specs it is compatible with NTSC, SECAM and PAl. It is a KDL 26S4000 Sony. When trying on another TV - a Panasonic bought last year- the same effect- purple and green on black. I will try and upload a picture, from the Panasonic. I have not ...

Re: Tano Dragons
Thanks. And after a small wait (30 years) I have another Dragon. It works !!!! The artifact colours are really not what I was expecting. I have seen screenshots of artifacted colours before- a blue, an orange/brown. etc. What I am seeing are really vivid green and pinks on a black background. Very n...
