Re: Premier Microsystems Sprite Board
Attaching the dumps of the two copies of the ROM I have. There is a single bit difference at offset 0x0D13, 0x7D in one version and 0xFD in the other so could be a single bit error rather than a fix. I dumped the first rom, then the second, then the first again and finally the second again. The ROMs...

Re: Premier's Sprite Graphics Board
Hi, I've just uploaded the manual and example programmes to the Upload section. I'm borrowing an EPROM programmer from a colleague at work tomorrow, and so hopefully will get clean dumps of the ROMs. I have two, both 2764 EPROMs, and so hopefully they dump identically or at least to sane diffs when ...

Premier Microsystems Sprite Board
I scanned the manual and other sheets I have for this today. I'm borrowing an EPROM programmer to dump the two copies of the ROM I have - hopefully they dump the same, or have a sane diff when dissassembled and aren't corrupt after all these years.

Re: User guide for DOSPlus by Philip G. Scott
Do you still need a copy? I came across mine tonight - it is 60 pages plus a 2 page errata sheet, so will take some time to scan, but it's a very good reference.

Re: CoCo SDC support
I found a Coco 1 and 2 at an estate sale yesterday, so provided they work I'm now set.

Re: CoCo SDC support
Thanks Ciaran, can't wait to try this out! I bought one of the kits as I thought it would be a fun project, but now I need to find a Coco :) I gave my pile of 2s plus a huge 3 system to another member of the Coco list who works at the same place as me when I last moved - I have no emotional attachme...

Re: Kryoflux for backup?
Hi Simon, I had used VCopy and Omniflop in the past, but I remember a few disks not reading correctly and so was hoping for better luck with the kryoflux - plus my current PC doesn't have a floppy connector on the motherboard :) I'll try and get an older PC - there are always people at work clearing...

Kryoflux for backup?
I was wondering if anyone has successfully used a Kryoflux for backing up DragonDOS or OS9 disks? I bought one about four years ago, and like everything else Dragon took a complete back burner since then with work and the birth of our second child. Now I maybe see myself having some time to get one ...

Re: Read Flex disks on a PC ?
Yeah, soldered on this one too. Do you think rigging up an adaptor with a test clip would work in-circuit (without powering up the board)?

Re: What Hardware?
Haha I'm sure you could! Sorry all that's left in the UK are 3x Dragon 32 and I think they are all just bare machines - picked them up at car boot sales for around 60p each for spares.
