Did it run OK at double speed (POKE65495,0)?

Right, I'm running some tests now, so I'm going over to here:

viewtopic.php?f=8&t=338

for the results.

Re: I got a Dragon 32!

I thought it unlikely as so far as I am aware none of my other 8 bit machines can be damaged by anything typed in; I do have a vague recollection of a *UNPLUG command that could cause a BBC Master a few problems, if I recall correctly. There is a poke that can kill some Commodore PETs so it pays to...

Not tried that. I'll give it a go and let you know.

I'm assuming it can't damage the hardware in any way.

Re: I got a Dragon 32!

BIG NEWS! My Dragon 32 arrived back yesterday, and courtesy of Sorchard's repair skills and the diagnostics of Sixxie I now have a fully functioning Dragon 32! So far I have loaded and had a quick go on Chuckie Egg (a game that I can actually play!) and Airball. From what I have seen so far I'm very...

Re: I got a Dragon 32!

If you have a CoCo and a CoCo SDC , I've been working on patching DOSplus to support it. The bare minimum so far: mount disk image and list mounted images. http://www.6809.org.uk/tmp/da/dplus-sdc/ Looks cool sixxie. Unfortunately the one I have access to seems to be a TRS-80 Model 1, not a CoCo. My...

Re: I got a Dragon 32!

I just wondered because my brother in law also has a TRS - 80 which I tried last weekend, unfortunately without much success. Just for clarification, you are talking about a TRS-80 CoCo and not a model whatever ? It is the Model 1 so far as I can tell from the Wikipedia article, but certainly not a...
