Re: XRoar, GDB with CoCo

Hi Tormod,
I have added the -gdb in the xroar command and then sent the m6809-gbd
It works or seems to work now ... I will make som tests

Strangely with Dragon emulation I have never put this -gdb in the xroar command and it
works perfect for me.

thanks a lot for the advice!

cheers

Re: XRoar, GDB with CoCo

Hi Tormod,
gdb is started with this line from the bat file:

d:\XRoar v0.33.1-2015-33312 w64>m6809-gdb

then, with gdb started I enter this command
target remote localhost:65520
and fails. But the same with a Dragon emulation works nicely

cheers

XRoar, GDB with CoCo

@Ciaran Hi, I have GDB working perfect with XRoar and any Dragon with or without DOS emulations ... But I cannot get it to work with a CoCo2 emulation. This is the log result of my attempts: d:\XRoar v0.33.1-2015-33312 w64\CoCo2>cd.. d:\XRoar v0.33.1-2015-33312 w64>copy ..\XRoar\DOS-ROMS\disk12a.rom...

Re: Emulating a Coco 2 with Disks in Xroar

Hi Tony, I am using this .bat file to start XRoar emulating a CoCo2 with drives and modified Orchestra xroar -machine cocous -bas bas14.rom -extbas extbas11.rom -machine-cart mpi -mpi-load-cart 3=rsdos -mpi-load-cart 0=or90S1T0 -mpi-slot 3 -force-crc-match -tape-fast -joy-left 0,0:1:0 -kbd-translate...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC - now running without the cartridge!

back again This is for anyone wanting to listen to the score collection (2446 files) on an emulator This CAS files have a double length header, because sometimes the old files gave loading problems cheers pere Pd Just a reminder ... if you want to load these files in a real Dragon64, you will need t...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC - now running without the cartridge!

Hi, Just a comment on that stuff. Once you start Orchestra90cc you ONLY can LOAD and SAVE scores to TAPE ... only on a CoCo you will have the chance to do this with drives ... It is all done with low level disk accesses. We will try to imagine a way to allow Dragon users to the the same ... maybe(?)...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC - now running without the cartridge!

Hello, This is for the users that have a Dragon64 but not drives ... I attach a new zip file that contains a basic file "CT.WAV" and the rom "OR90S1T1.WAV". You just have to load the CT.WAV and run it. When it asks for a file name, please enter this name: "OR90S1T1" and prepare that one to be sent t...

Re: Orchestra-90 CC - now running without the cartridge!

Hi,
I attach here our last version. It is a VDK file that contains a Basic program that when run, switches to MAP1 to install the modified ROM and starts it.
The program to be run is "T.BAS".
Have fun with it!

Re: DragonDOS 5.0

alright by the way, in some moment the DOSPlus4.9b was modified to give it a better DIR command ... and now appears another one with the same name. Wouldn't it be safer to have different names for those two ROMS? Where is the new one with the same name? Do you mean DragonDOS 5.0? The attached versi...
