Re: DragonMMC Announcement.
Ah! I think it was DivIDE+. I just found it a headache and never lived up to the hype. To be fair though, the biggest problem is the spectrum and that crappy edge connector. I've had at least 2 busted boards caused by that thing. The DragonMMC will definitely have to wait until Christmas at the earl...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.
Well that's good to know, thanks.
I probably wouldn't want one quite yet, maybe for Christmas, I'll see what the boss says!
Spectrums are ridiculously fragile. I don't remember the name of the interface, it was quite some years ago.

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.
This is something that I'm probably quite interested in, I do have a few questions though. Firstly, is the product still available? Secondly, is it easy to use? Does it only work with certain SD cards? Is it available as a unit fitted inside the cartridge case? I would pay a bit extra if needed for ...

Re: Atari Joystick Adapter Build. Baby Step by Baby Step.
Thanks Alastair, that's a great idea because that is the bit that I will really struggle with. I can sort of understand the schematic (thanks for posting it), but not really well enough to translate it onto a circuit board. Maybe if I try, and then show my attempts, between us we may be able to put ...

Re: Atari Joystick Adapter Build. Baby Step by Baby Step.
The Vero Boards arrived today, hopefully they are suitable.

I will need two of these to make my adapter I think, but that is not a problem.

Atari Joystick Adapter Build. Baby Step by Baby Step.
Hi, as previously mentioned here: http://archive.worldofdragon.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5624 I am keen to get some working Joystick adapters for my Dragon 32. Alastair and robcfg kindly pointed me in the right direction, as may be seen on the other thread. I'm pretty sure I can build these, bu...

Re: Some Joysticks for my Dragon
Maybe if when the bits arrived, if I post a picture of the board, somebody could indicate by marking the picture where I should place the bits? Maybe we could do it a step at a time? I feel about 60% confident that I can do it on my own. The main problem is that although I am quite handy, I don't re...

Re: Some Joysticks for my Dragon
I have ordered the bits that I need to build a double joystick adapter.
I must admit, I am a bit puzzled by what to put where, so if when the bits arrive, somebody could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
