Re: Flagon Bird
Hi Shock Trooper. Thanks for the suggestion. I managed to bag myself a Dunjunz cassette last Cambridge meet-up from Sixxie himself. I have to say Sixxie did a great job and it did make me think about producing a limited run of my games on cassette and cartridge. I'm planning to update Flagon Bird so...

Re: Joysticks and noise on the sound output
That's interesting Pere. After fine tuning my joystick routine to minimise the potential for `buzz' I found hooking the Dragon up to a TV using RF produced nice clean audio. This would have been my setup as a child which explains why I don't remember background buzz being a problem in the eighties. ...

Re: Joysticks and noise on the sound output
Hi Pere. I went through the same thing trying to eliminate `buzzing' when reading the joystick. As you've discovered it can only be minimised but not stopped altogether. :( Stew was a great help and managed to shed quite a bit of light on what's happening to create the buzzing including why differen...

Re: XRoar alternatives?
I'm always (pleasantly) surprised to discover people still play my Dragon/CoCo port of Flappy Bird from time to time. Like the original it can be pretty frustrating. :D Last Cambridge meet-up Richard Harding suggested making a tweaked version for younger players which was a little easier to control....

Re: MACRO on ASM6809
LWASM has an`auto branch length' option which is kind of nice.
Maybe something for a future ASM6809 update?

Hi Fundin and welcome.
It can be a little quiet around here since the Dragon Facebook group but it's still a good place to post/get help.

Re: XRoar version 0.35 released
Cool, thanks sixxie!
I can vouch for Windows sound support being much improved under the latest XRoar.
Also GMC support is proving invaluable. Adding GMC sound routines to Circe's Island was quick and painless.
