Re: Dragon Data - Doodle Bug Cartridge
Thanks zephyr, now it works. Pressing the key and holding it is the trick, not simply hitting.

Re: I/O Cartridge (Show and Tell)
PCB would be enough. I can do the soldering myself. Thank you very much. Maybe we establish an email account for PM.

Re: I/O Cartridge (Show and Tell)
@Rink: By the way, do you have a PCB left? I'd like to have one. No, I don't have are real job for a "Dragon controller", but I simply like to play around with it.

Re: User/Community Projects
Is somewhat even more rewarding, than on other more popular platforms, where everything already has been done and all is mega-professional. I mean, on the C64 for example, the level is really high. A simple cartridge would not raise any interest there  . They already have thousands. Not easy....

Re: Dragon Data - Doodle Bug Cartridge
Emm, I simply can't start it . Not in XROAR and not on the original machine .
I can see the maze and I can change the number of bugs with the right joystick from 3 to 6.
But nothing else. No key is responding??? What am I missing?

Re: Shift or Rotate from Dragon BASIC
Ahhh, now I see the point. As a Commodore user I only would use the "%"-suffix to define an integer variable (like A%=5). I just looked it up in the booklet ("An Introductiuon to Basic..."). Dragon Basic obviously does not have that special data type. I haven't had realized that until now. Strange, ...

Diagnostic Rom: wrong image size
The image of "Dragon Data Ltd - Diagnostic Rom.ROM" of the download section has a size of 8193 bytes (8k plus 1).The last significant byte is at $0600. $0601 to $2000 is made up of $FF and $B4 (and a final $10). In reality, it's just a 4k cartridge. I simply cut off the last byte for my multi-cart.

Re: User/Community Projects
Maybe we should have a common policy, where to put hardware projects. At the moment we use "Hints and Tips" or "Dragon General", which probably are not the best categories for that. Maybe the admin (, is that you robcfg?) can tell us, where to put those. Maybe a special hardware section of the forum...
