Re: Upgraded Dragon32 ram test software
Duh! triple facepalm
Why oh why, I was looking for RAM tester when there are so obvious ways to test it lololol.
I've just successfully run Foggy's Quest! looks like my 64k mod is working!
Thank you again, sir!!!

Upgraded Dragon32 ram test software
Hi everyone, I've just made a RAM upgrade of a D32 to 64k described here: http://archive.worldofdragon.org/index.php?title=Dragon_32_-_64K_Upgrade Now, I am wondering if there any convenient ways to test this upper half of RAM. I only have CoCo SDC and so far I had no luck finding a working RAM test...

Re: Hardware to load software onto D32
@pser1, big thanks for your input.
I've ordered CoCo SDC as you suggested and I am successfully running games and other software without any issues.
This is exactly what I was looking for![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Re: Hardware to load software onto D32
Thanks for a hint. I've already checked it and I think I would rather like a more convenient and faster solution.
Price is not that important factor, I am just looking for a good and tested solution.

Hardware to load software onto D32
I've been looking for DragonMMC with no luck.
I am considering other projects such as CoCo SDC or DriveWire, however, I have no idea which to choose as I've never played with Dragon peripherals.
Could you guys be so kind and suggest some sort of convenient solution to load the software?
Cheers
Pete

Re: Dragon32 - very poor video output quality
Ok, I've fixed it :D It turned out that I've supplied -12V instead of -5V. Now it works perfectly fine :D Now I am trying to figure out how to upgrade it to 64k - manual here http://archive.worldofdragon.org/index.php?title=Dragon_32_-_64K_Upgrade#Modifying_the_Decoder_Circuitry. is a bit confusing :D

Dragon32 - very poor video output quality
I am in a process of fixing a Dragon 32 - Issue 2 mobo. I've finally sorted out Power supply but I am still having problems with video output quality. On youtube, I saw examples of very crisp output via DIN/Composite but in my case, it is IMO poor. <a href="http://i.imgur.com/hufSS8r.png"> <img src=...
