Taking a peek at my Dragon 32 there are two components I think they are marked VR1 and RV1 which are roundish in shape. They have a white powdery substance around them, is this something to be concerned with?

Dabbling in other hobbies I have come across people rewinding motors and have built a brushless motor myself so would it be possible to rewind and repair a Dragon 32 transformer?
