Samsung 64K RAM chips
Does anyone know where I can download the data sheet for Samsung's KM4164A 64K x 1 Bit Dynamic RAM chips. I would like to know the exact difference between the KM4164A-15 and KM4164B-15 chips.
I already have a copy of the KM4164B-15 data sheet.

Re: XRoar 0.29 available
XROAR would need to emulate a device like Sarah Burgin's RAM upgrade cartridge. It could be selected using the "-cart-type" command line option.
e.g.
-cart-type RAM 8K, 16K, 32K, etc

Re: HDB-DOS
I have further improved my HDB-DOS cassette installer. The DECB 2.1 patches are now applied when HDB-DOS 1.4 is installed on a CoCo 3.
