Re: The Emperor Must Die by Phoenix
The best option would be to make a fresh copy of SIDE 1 to a good quality cassette tape using the attached Duplicas v5 on your real Dragon. Then make a wave file recording from the freshly recorded cassette copy, and upload it here.

Re: The Emperor Must Die by Phoenix
However, I think maybe Side 1 is copy protected. The signal seems very strong but for some reason the game crashes after the title screen. There is no real copy protection on this game. The loading problem (crash under XROAR fast-tape loading) is caused by an I/O error. Does Side 1 of the original ...

Re: BASIC: byte value to bits...
I have further improved the display speed by adding a small machine code routine to the BASIC program. Both .CAS files are attached. Hexadecimal example 10 CLS:FOR I=512 TO 687:READ M$:POKE I,VAL("&H"+M$):NEXT 20 LINE INPUT"START ADDRESS (HEX) >";M$ 30 IF M$="" THEN CLS:GOTO20 40 M=VAL("&H"+M$):A=IN...

Re: BASIC: byte value to bits...
I'm obsessive too. :) What's changed: Constant values has been mapped to variables to prevent the costly string-to-float conversion. The iterative address-value formating has been replaced by non-iterative approach. Most of the calculations are performed outside the loop now and for-next is left re...

Re: Katerpillar Attack Cartridge for the Tandy CoCo
So, you should download form the Archive the Dragon 64 ROM 1 (not the 64K version), burn it in a new EPROM and substitute the one on you upgraded Dragon32. That will give you access to the 64K in RAM mode and my DSK will let you test the ROMs before burnig them on an EPROM. If you have any problem ...
