Re: Encoder 09 assembler/disassembler cartridge
Due to a bug in the original ENCODER 09 assembler, the SETDP pseudo opcode does not work correctly. The attached cartridge and cassette versions of ENCODER have been patched to fix both ASCII and SETDP bugs. Here is a quick example of code which will fail to assemble correctly when using the origina...

Re: XRoar 0.31 released
I noticed thet your original batch file used "-dostype" rather than "-dos". Are you now using -dos ddos11c.rom in your batch file?pser1 wrote:have tested both w32 and w64 and do work with the DDOS11C.rom file name

Re: XRoar 0.31 released
I managed to get it working by changing to the following command line configuration. xroar -vo sdl -machine dragon64 -extbas d64rom1.rom -altbas d64rom2.rom -machine-cart dragondos -cart-rom ddos11c.rom -kbd-translate Although this works, I will wait for the bug fix. Otherwise, I will have a lot of ...

Re: XRoar 0.31 released
I use batch files as well, but it does not work for me. I have been using exactly the same batch files for about two years without any problems (until now). The command line below is an example of my own batch files. xroar -vo sdl -machine dragon64 -extbas d64rom1.rom -altbas d64rom2.rom -dos ddos11...

Re: XRoar 0.31 released
I found a bug in the latest XROAR v0.31.1 release. Using the command line option -dos with customised DOS versions (such as my favourite ddos11c.rom) doesn't work unless you have one of the standard DOS ROM dumps (ddos10.rom, ddos40.rom, etc) in the same directory.

Re: Disassembler by Brian Cadge
A bug in current versions of XRoar when importing .bas files causes long lines to be truncated, so if you do import one of these .bas files you must edit the problem lines (900 and 930 in v1, 860 and 890 in v2 and v3) and append the missing characters. This problem is caused by a bug in the origina...

Re: EDTASM+ for the Dragon 32/64
Even that 10 minutes (cassette loading time slowed down by the dongle) for Buzzard Bait is very fast compared to the loading times of most Commodore 64 games. I remember waiting for up to 30 minutes for some games to load on my friend's C64.
