Re: Monitor and the Dragon 64
Hello Andreas and welcome to the forum. The Dragon has a composite video monitor socket - an ASCII representation of the pinouts can be seen at the Dragon Information Files site of Graham E. Kinns - so in theory any CRT monitor which can accept a composite signal should work. Whether-or-not any of y...

Re: Flagon Bird
Whilst it is not exactly new as it was released in 2007 (I can't believe it was that long ago) Cronosoft still has some copies of James McKay's Glove available.Shock Trooper wrote:Are there any other new release Dragon games with cassette & inlay card like Dunjunz? Thanks again.

Re: AGD converted games. Christmas pack
Good stuff. I just wonder if some of the title screens would look better if the colours were inverted, as the following quick conversions may illustrate...

Re: XRoar alternatives?
Fundin, you will need both Eurohard S.A. - Dragon 200 IC17 and Eurohard S.A. - Dragon 200 IC18 for XRoar to emulate a Dragon 200. If you want just a 32 kiB machine then use Dragon Data Ltd - Dragon 32 - IC17 (at least to begin with to make sure that everything works, afterwards you may wish to try o...

Re: XRoar alternatives?
Fundin, I don't have a Mac and it would probably be best if a Mac user helps you, but I can tell you that the manual states: ROM images should be placed either in your home directory as ~/.xroar/roms/ , or under the installation prefix as prefix/share/xroar/roms/ . Any configuration file should be c...

Re: XRoar alternatives?
Fundin, you also need the Dragon ROMs (IC17 for a Dragon 32, IC17 and IC18 for a Dragon 64 - incidentally, if you were to remove these chips from a real Dragon you would see the screen you posted). These ROMs are available from the download archive . The manual tells you where to place the unzipped ...

Re: Faulty Dual Floppy Disc Drive - Repair?
Casper, you may wish to check out the following two YouTube videos by forum member Stig (though it has been over a year since he last logged on to the forum). The videos show how he replaced the faulty power supply in his disc drive unit with a modern one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMe660KcmxU...

Re: Faulty Dual Floppy Disc Drive - Repair?
Hello and welcome to the forum. Casper, I have never owned a Dragon floppy drive, let alone repaired one, so I cannot offer much assistance. However I think it unlikely that two floppy drives would fail at more or less the same time, so I suspect that the problem lies elsewhere, though whether to st...
