Re: Dragon 64k PAL Video Schematic
Dragon 64L PAL Video Schematic v3 Corrected some minor typos. The schematic has been captured using the open source tool KiCAD. The shape of most of the parts has been redesigned to match the look of the Dragon Data schematic and included in a lib file. Although I have checked each part, line, ref a...

Re: boxed Dragon 64 + disk drive
Do you still have the disk drive on sale? Thanks!admin wrote:Hi! I have a boxed (working) Dragon 64 and (heavy) floppy drive for sale.
I am open to 'offers' but be aware that the postage will be pricey due to the 'brick' of a floppy drive!!!!
I also have loads of games for sale! (tape)

Re: Video problem
Now I should build a cassette lead and try loading a program. I accept recommendations ;) That's a tricky one to answer, do you have any joysticks? For a Gauntlet style game you may want to try "Glove" ( http://archive.worldofdragon.org/index.php?title=GLOVE ). If you have a working joystick and wi...

Re: Video problem
However, the R-Y signal is not directly connected to the VDU. It goes through two ICs (4053, 2318) before it finally gets to the R-Y input of the LM1889. I have checked the power pins (+5V) and seem to be right. You are right, I should also check all the connections of the OA signal from the VDU to...

Re: Video problem
If you mean pin 3 as shown on this page http://www.grempc.demon.co.uk/dragon/info/pinouts.html then that is correct. I would have to check on the SCART connector as I use the Composite In socket on my TV. But if you have the same problem with both video outputs then the fault probably does not lie ...
