... Here's a new copy of the screenshots, in the borderless 640X480 format. And getting those using "MS¨Paint" is definitely somewhat of a painful process! (I could not tell how many failed attempts have preceded these pictures)

Well... I'm afraid posting PDF's is not possible either! But thanks for the suggestion anyway: Here's a zipped version of the document converted to a ".pdf" file. Since I uploaded the ".vdk" files yesterday, I thought it might be a good idea to update the program so it will be possible to use it und...
"Pixie!"
Well, I'm not even sure uploading this may actually be useful to anyone - ever... ... anyway! This is a drawing software I had been designing and writing in 1986. Please do not expect anything brilliant. The main raison for my designing this was that none of the currently available software (at that...

Re: Any "Telewriter-To-Text" conversion tool around?
... Why wait any longer for things that are available already?! I tried that special version of XRoar again, and it worked like a charm! This means I could actually use some of Telewriter functions requiring a <CLEAR> + other key combination using that funny PC keyboard "2" key. That, along with the...

How to use 'DRM2TXT'?!
Hello all, Once again, the title says it all! The "instructions" I have read: Converts DOS-Dream .DRM files into plain text format. drm2txt file.drm file.txt So far, so good... but: 1/ ".DRM" files are supposed to be on a ".vdk" file 2/ the expected ".txt" output is likely to be a PC text file! (of ...

Re: Screenshots editing
Thanks to all of you for the tips and suggestions... I usually grab the raw picture using <Shift> + <PrtScr> from the active "XRoar" window. Then I paste it to "MS Paint" and try to select/cut the Dragon screen area from there. But accurately positioning the cursor proves way too messy: It's always ...

Re: Any "Telewriter-To-Text" conversion tool around?
In the French keyboard layout, there appeared to be a key where I would expect Escape to be (i.e., next to '&'/'1') labelled with a superscript 2 ("squared"). That one! Yes, you're indeed absolutely right! But you may be surprised to learn that, although I can see that key on my keyboard, I had nev...

Re: Sprint BASIC Compiler by Oasis Software
... Unfortunately, so far, I could not find any such thing as the instructions to "Sprint". But I haven't yet searched any possible location, though. I remember the sports car picture printed against an orange background. But this might also be fake memories made-up from the "Dragon User" ads, which...

Re: Any "Telewriter-To-Text" conversion tool around?
Edit: Ok, determined the keysym, there's a w32 build here with ^2 mapped to Clear - as a hack. Thank you (very much!) for your quick and kind efforts here! But... what do you call "^2" :?: Otherwise, I work on a portable PC, thus having all F1-F12 keys available as well (i.e. unshifted , that is).

... How does one turn such pictures into "perfect" 640x480 ".png" files, please? I tried as hard as I could (using the standard "Paint" tool), and I never made it to the expected resolution: I was always 1-2 pixels off the expected size (either way). And using Paint's "Zoom" function does not help m...
