Finally! Found the arcade game - Evictor by Wizard Software. I thought it began with an “E” but was not sure.

Finally! Found the adventure game at least - Ultimate Adventure 4. . Now onto the arcade style one.

The most obvious place to look for old machines and software is of course online auction sites http://www.ebay.co.uk. As has been discussed elsewhere these machines for the most part still work reasonably well as there is much less to go wrong with them.

There are downloads available for the magazines so maybe you can trawl through them. I remember a couple of games but cannot remember the title. The first was a game where you had to bomb things.
