Re: xroar keyboard mapping for windows 7

Hi,
ok, I got it the wrong way :-(
Verified Windows7 keyboard ... it has always been "Spanish (Spain, international)", I never changed it!)
And this affects ONLY the very last snapshot, all of the previous ones produce the '5' without exception.
cheers

Re: xroar keyboard mapping for windows 7

Hi Ciaran,
I have added the parameter:
-keymap de
and later -keymap sp and -keymap uk
And all of them do lose the 5 keystroke ...

Re: xroar keyboard mapping for windows 7

maybe I am going mad, but now I cannot enter the number 5 :-( Ok that's very strange. Catalan layout? Looks pretty normal, not even a case of numerals being shifted. Can't see any reason for that offhand. I'll try and nab the Windows machine again and try it with a few different layouts (I only exp...

Re: xroar keyboard mapping for windows 7

Hello Ciaran, maybe I am going mad, but now I cannot enter the number 5 :-( If I use previous version (snapshot 40605), I can enter FOR I=0 TO 255, no problems But with snapshot 40657, the '5' key does not output anything on the screen If I press CTRL+Z then the number 5 works well ... (?) This is t...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

The lines at 6055 and 6075 do contain a typo but it will run fine as FALSE is 0 and FLASE will also be 0 as well as it's not used. Thx and I'll sort it on the next release. :D Hi, I saw it, but I thought it was so easy to 'solve' this 'aesthetic' difference As Phill mentioned .BIN is assumed to be ...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

Hi Phill,
while I have been searching inside the source code of EXPV1.DGN, I have found three sentences that "could" be wrong, they are:
Lines 6055 and 6075 where you can find "DS=FLASE"
And line 6330 where I found "CC=FLASE"
Shouldn't they be FALSE instead?
cheers

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

Hello Phill, This is what I have found about executing DOWNLAND.BIN from the Explorer. The explorer issues a CLEAR 4500 for string space, and this means that stack will begin from $6e6a downwards. PRINT HEX$(PEEK(&H21)*256+PEEK(&H22)) returns that value. Downland ends at $281d + $48d4 = $70f1 this m...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

Hi Phill, I thought I should better upload here the DOWNLAND.BIN that runs flawlessly with MLOAD and EXEC but fails from the Explorer This game loads at $281d, is $48d4 bytes long => 18,644 bytes and its exec address is $281d Once loaded the explorer (EXPV1.DGN) uses from $2401 till $5c5e (if I am n...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

more on that last point After making the BACKUP and verifying that the 'new' disk has real content, I have created a SnapShot and then switched off and on the Dragon. On starting DIR receives the ?IV ERROR as usual, then I load the Snapshot and the DIR ... gets the same result again, so the data got...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

Hello, back again ... I thought I had found a way to have a whole disk despite MCOPY doesn't exist, doing so: - MDISKI 1,"NEWDISK.VDK" - MDISKI 2,"AGOODONE.VDK" DSKINIT1 BACKUP 2 TO 1 And to my surprise, the backup works flawlessly and the result is that the new file is correct. I have loaded a game...
