Re: Anyone interested in converting AGD to the Dragon/CoCo?
Hello, I have been adding more events to the FOGGY and now the game changes screens when you get to the limits If you get caught by a sprite you loose a life and in case you get onto an object, you get it and it disappears from screen. I have moved along 4-5 rooms, but if you want to cheat a bit, I ...

Re: Editor for the CoCo-VGA 64x32 mode
Hello, I am afraid the only answer right now is: No, sorry. I use to work creating programs so that Dragon users can take advantage of some add-ons created for the CoCo only. Certainly when I port or program from scratch, I use to do it in a way it works on both machines (CoCo2-Dragon) Concerning th...

Re: Anyone interested in converting AGD to the Dragon/CoCo?
Hi, another update ... I have converted the event0 that controls the movement of the player character. This one calls a few new subroutines that have been converted too. The player can, from this version, choose keyboard or joystick, to use the latter, you have to choose option '2' on the menu scree...

Re: Anyone interested in converting AGD to the Dragon/CoCo?
Hi, just a small update for people that are following this project progress. It is amazing to see a sprite moving with just a few bytes added! I am attaching here a zip with the two executable files. One for PM3, the other for PM4 The colours for PM3's objects and sprites are awful, sorry. These wil...

Re: Anyone interested in converting AGD to the Dragon/CoCo?
Hi, Pere. It's nice to see it progressing. I hope you manage to finish it and we get lots of games! I hope so! In case I get stuck at any point, I will ask for help (related to Z-80 unfortunately ... ) Kees van Oss has created an Excel file where there are 151 games created with AGD for the Spectru...

Re: Anyone interested in converting AGD to the Dragon/CoCo?
Hello, this is just a project status update. The program now draws the locations and adds the correct objects and sprites. I have gone a bit further and have coded "evnt10" too, but this does nothing on the screen, so I will debug/trace it to verify it works fine. Next will be the "main loop events"...

Re: why did the dragon only use green in most of its games?
there was a couple of exceptions to the rule. for example hunchback loading screen from ocean... how was that done. looks like a mix of characters and graphics as it loads line by line not a normal text screen. Hi, there are some games or screens like this one that are made using the semigraphics m...
