Hi Ciaran,
thanks for the idea I will try it out along the weekend.
What Windows version are the 'fortunate' users using? mine is Windows7.
The last XRoar version that works fine with GDB (for me) is:
XRoar v0.33.2-2015-33312 w64

XRoar snapshot 2016-23837
Hello Ciaran,
I saw that new snapshot and downloaded it. More machines? can't wait to see them ...
After some tries with GDB on a Windows 7 environment emulating a D64, it keeps hanging
as soon as the GDB intercepts the breakpoint![Sad :-(](./images/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif)
Is there anything new to avoid this behaviour?
cheers

Re: DragonMMC board size.....
Hi Phill,
I wouldn't bother about size if it fits inside a DragonDOS cartridge.
That's a very good size. Costless to have a good case for it despite it would need some
mechanical work.
Can't wait to see the first production units ...
Put me down for one, please!
cheers

Re: Dragon games A-Z

I add to my list one beginning with a number: 3 - 3D-Space Wars A - Astroblast B - Beam Rider C - Chuckie Egg D - Dark Pit, the E - Eddie steady go! F - Flagon Bird (not an old game) G - Galax Attax H - Horace goes sk...

Re: Could the Dragon use CoCo banked cartridges?
hehe, many users will be happy to get a new and faster CPU with the cartridge, for sure! and even more if it were an Hitachi HD63C09. I don't know if the CPU could be damaged because of too much time working with this poke, I think that most users do know if their machine supports well that speed PO...

Re: Could the Dragon use CoCo banked cartridges?
Hi James, Unfortunately, there are some Dragons that don't like to roar at double speed. It would be a nice idea to let the user choose the game speed ... In fact some old Basic programs asked the user if the machine supported that double speed. You can read a lot on this subject in this thread: htt...

Re: Could the Dragon use CoCo banked cartridges?
you are right,James. It is a pity that these machines weren't made to use the 2Mz capability ROM, RAM and CPU could cope with it, but most probably VDG and SAM wouldn't, but I am not sure about that point ... About banking, I am pretty sure you can do it the way you prefer ... using a switcher in RA...

Re: Could the Dragon use CoCo banked cartridges?
Hi James, I have made this test with two different cartridges. The first one was ASTROBLAST, this started alright with POKE&HFFD6,0 (normal speed) but strangely it hanged after POKE&HFFD7,0 (double speed) Then I used STARSHIP CHAMELEON and this one worked flawlessly at both speeds, in fact it is rea...
