Re: Xroar and .dsk images - bye bye header?

Hi all, Would it be worth making the Xroar DSK writeback preserve the header segment where one exists? Mike I use XRoar with writeback enabled and it has always preserved the headers. In fact it changes the signature (byte) that indicates the program that has created the image. Most of my images ha...

Re: Xroar and .dsk images - bye bye header?

Hi Mike, I see you are suffering the same nightmare we suffered some time ago when beginning to work with drivewire. As drivewire was thought to wotk in CoCo machines, it acceptes ONLY files that have a lentgh multiple of 256 bytes (sector oriented server). This means that our VDKs with a header of ...

Re: Nitr-OS9 vs OS-9

Or, I guess there's another way. Get the Pere's DosPlus extender running, and boot using that. Can anyone share a working Xroar.conf for D64 with the extender and becker port? Hi, Mike I am attaching here the bat and the roms I use to test on XRoar my DosPlus50 extender ... as I have the XROAR.CFG ...

Re: The Hobbit ported to CoCo2 and CoCo3 - DW4 - ENDED!

Hi, A user from the CoCo maltedmedia group said that the program didn't work via Drivewire, so I have made some small changes in the code for the CoCo machine. To play the game: - on CoCo2, issue: LOADM"H1X":EXEC - on CoCo3 you can use the exe versions H1X for normal speed (0,89MHz) H2X for double s...

Re: The Hobbit ported to the Dragon64k - DOS - ENDED!

This is getting to sound like the "Last" Chicago CoCoFEST  Anyway, many thanks for not only creating this port, but also for the continued effort to improve the game. Hi, I am always thinking of a way to make it work a bit better :-( But as soon as I begin a new project I will forget about tha...
