Re: Dragon32.com and a new Disk mag?

Hi guys, Seeing the reference by Steve to SAVE"PROGNAME",A reminds me that I tried a lot of times to save basic programmes written on Xroar to a text file using CSAVE"PROGNAME",A Sometimes this worked and listed the programme as written but most of the time it came out in what looked like Japanese t...

Re: Breakout/Middle Kingdom

Images from cassette insert attached. Sorry for the delay. Hope the format's OK. I have some programmes that were hand input from the Pan book and magazines, simple games, which I've transferred from tapes to .cas files on Xroar. If there's any interest I can upload them. Steve, re your questions: I'll scan the cassette cover and instructions shortly. No mention of Dragon 32 only. No special keys mentioned. That's a pity, thanks for trying.

Re: Breakout/Middle Kingdom

As suggested I've recorded both sides of the tape, I'm pretty sure it's two copies of each programme.

I've uploaded to megaupload, URLs are:

Breakout.wav ZO2758S7
Middle Kingdom RWO38U64

Hope you can sort them out!

Re: Breakout/Middle Kingdom

Yep, they're both CLOADM programmes and they appear to load with that command, ending with OK prompt. Entering EXEC then just brings up a garbled screen and nothing on the keyboard gets a response.

Incidentally, both worked OK on my old Dragon machine.

Breakout/Middle Kingdom

I've got a Dragon Data 1983 cassette tape with Breakout and Middle Kingdom on it. These don't seem to appear in the download lists so I thought I'd try to upload them. I have got them into .wav files using QuickRecord and both seem to load OK onto Xroar but don't then run. I've looked at hints and t...
