Re: Dragon memory map
I can confirm 99.8% that they're the same (maybe there's a tiny difference I'm not aware of? I have some nagging memory that some Cocos have 12v and some don't on the cart port). But I know that a Coco cart game works when put in a Dragon, and the CocoSDC floppy emulator works in both.

Re: Dragon Meetup 2020 is go!
With much sadness, I can't see this July's Meetup going ahead. For me, a large part of this event is the social aspect. It's great to meet you all, to poke your machines, to go to the pub after with like minded people and spend the day and evening talking Dragons. I don't want to cancel, I would muc...

Re: Dragon power board problems!
Though I believe one of Tony's upgraded D32s has my D64 serial upgrade board in it so that shouldn't be a problem, as this makes sure the PIA is only accessed $FF00-03 and the ACIA $FF04-07. Yes, I should have mentioned this! So my D32 is almost a D64, except for the ROMs. I did have this problem w...

Dragon power board problems!
(this post is on Facebook too - apologies to everyone who's reading it twice - however I know not everyone is on FB) I'm discovering that not all Dragon power boards are the same. It might be ageing components, or simply I'm driving beyond their specifications with my modified machines. This all sta...

Re: Debugging a real Dragon with NoICE - serial port
Oh that project looks awesome - so basically, it's a plugin 6809 emulator? I can't imagine myself every doing anything hardcore enough to justify this, but I'm tempted anyway

Re: Dragon Meetup 2020 is go!
Sadly I have no more idea when the lockdown will end than anyone else. However, the only cost to running the event is my time, so I don't see any reason to cancel it just yet. July is still a way off. The Museum, understandably, is extremely keen to reopen too. If the government is allowing 'small g...

Re: Dragon Meetup 2020 is go!
Oops, sorry been a bit distracted and missed your messages! @bosco - Presuming it goes ahead (grr coronavirus), there's no need to book/pay in advance, you can just turn up on the day. @unumlapis - The problem with presentations and making it more of a conference format, is that it takes a lot more ...

Adding my vote of thanks too! Just upgraded a Dragon 32 to 64K, and the memory tester has been invaluable. Cheers Stew!
